Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using UNIFLOW (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms are issued by UNI Organisation (founded by Shiva Rathore, India).

2. Description of Service

UNIFLOW is a personal productivity and habit-tracking platform that includes:

• Daily habit logging and streak tracking.
• AI Mentor ("Aura") powered by Google Gemini for personalised feedback.
• FlowMate bonding — accountability pairing with another user.
• Analytics dashboards and performance insights.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use UNIFLOW. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at shivarathorecse@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data or the platform's systems.
• Upload malicious code, spam, or conduct denial-of-service attacks.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service without permission.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Use the AI Mentor to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content.

6. FlowMate Feature

The FlowMate bonding feature pairs two users for mutual accountability. By pairing with another user, you consent to sharing your habit completion data (scores and streaks) with your bonded FlowMate. You may unpair at any time from your dashboard. UNIFLOW does not mediate disputes between FlowMates.

7. AI Mentor (Aura)

Aura is an AI-powered assistant and does not constitute professional coaching, medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate. Use at your own discretion. UNI Organisation is not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, branding, and design of UNIFLOW is owned by UNI Organisation. You retain ownership of your personal data (habit entries, feedback). You grant UNI Organisation a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, without prior notice. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

UNIFLOW is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation of the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UNI Organisation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed INR 500 (or equivalent).

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the platform. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
